Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to justify the reason.
Conditions
In order for us to accept a return:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Returns of used or personalized items will not be accepted.
- You must include the purchase receipt or order number.
Return Process

- We will provide you with the return address.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund.
Refunds
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Products
